Tall plants may improve the look and feel of any indoor space. Tall indoor plants can make a statement in your space:
Fiddle Leaf Fig (Ficus lyrata): This tall, upright plant with huge, glossy leaves is excellent for adding height and elegance to indoor areas. Bright, indirect light helps it grow several feet indoors.
The bird of paradise plant (Strelitzia reginae) has big banana-like leaves with orange and blue flowers that resemble tropical birds in flight. It grows tall and makes a wonderful focal point in bright, indirect light rooms.
The rubber plant (Ficus elastica) has thick, glossy leaves and grows tall and tree-like. It survives low light but thrives in bright, indirect light. Its height and shape may be maintained by regular pruning.
The dragon tree, Dracaena Marginata (Dracaena reflexa), has long, slender leaves that can grow to several feet tall. Although it enjoys bright, indirect light, it's low-maintenance and adaptable.
Corn Plant (Dracaena fragrans): With long, arching leaves that can reach several feet, the corn plant resembles a cornstalk. It grows well in modest to bright, indirect light and is easy to care for.
Kentia Palm (Howea forsteriana): Elegant indoor height is added by the Kentia palm's feather-like fronds and thin trunk. Likes bright, indirect light and regular watering.
Chinese Money Plant (Pilea peperomioides): With its upright growth pattern and spherical leaves, the Chinese money plant may give height and visual intrigue to indoor areas. Bright, indirect light and well-draining soil are desired.
