– 2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes (about 3 medium-sized sweet potatoes) – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1 cup granulated sugar – 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed – 3 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg – 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 cup evaporated milk or whole milk

– 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 2-3 tablespoons ice water
